I don’t see a jacket or size I want. Can you order them for me?

-If you don't know the size of the product, please contact the online customer service in time, or contact the boss's WhatsApp for detailed consultation.Our team is on call 24 hours a day!

Why was my order canceled?


-It is possible that your order was cancelled due to a website error, an inventory issue, or for fraud prevention. In these cases, orders may be cancelled to prevent any issues from arising.

-If you have any further questions regarding why your order was cancelled, please don't hesitate to contact us directly and we would be more than happy to assist you with any concerns or queries you might have.


Can I edit or amend my order after placing it?

-Unfortunately, we are unable to make any edits after an order has been placed, including editing your shipping address.
 
-You can modify it for you by sending an email to [email protected] or contacting the online customer directly

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

-Most orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. Once the box has been boxed and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive a confirmation email with this information. Domestic US customers typically receive their purchase within 2-6 business days. International customers typically receive their purchase within 7-12 business days.

What payments method I can use and can not use?

When will I receive my refund?

-All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, you will see the refund amount on your payment account within 3-7 business days with PayPal and 8 -15 business days with Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.
In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.

Why are my items shipped separately?

-If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up during the manufacturing process which leads to separate shipments. 
You will receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order. If the second package does not arrive after a few next days, chat with us and you will be assisted right away.

Is it safe to order online?

-Yes. When you input your name, address or credit/debit card details on to the web site, the information is protected by the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts your details and ensures that the information you submit can not be read in the unlikely event it is intercepted. Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

-Since September 2019, all Orders placed are going through 3D Secure.

What are your delivery rules?

-As soon as we get your order and the payment confirmation, we gave us 72h maximum to ship your order. At that moment you will receive another email with your tracking number informations.

How do I know if my item has shipped?

-Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, or WhatsApp and Instagram that the product has been dispatched and send you a tracking number.

How can I check my logistics information through the tracking number?

-After you receive the waybill number, you can use 17track.com to check your logistics track.

What if I'm not home when the delivery is made?

If a DHL shipment cannot be delivered a card will be left and the courier will attempt re-delivery the following working day. If delivery is still unsuccessful a card will be left and the parcel returned to the depot, from here collection or re-delivery can be arranged. Should this fail the parcel will be returned to NOIRFONCE and we will contact you directly.

How much is the shipping cost?

-All products on our website are free shipping, you don't need to pay any more for one-time purchase of products

Are all items listed on the site Brand New? 

-Yes. All items are brand new unless stated within the product description.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What can be done?

-In this case, if you do not receive the order confirmation within a few hours please contact online customer service as soon as possible, or send an email to [email protected]
